We would appreciate it if you could send us an email, describing the nature of the problem and where it was found.

The blog looks weird on my Internet browser.

West Coast Toastmasters Club's blog is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0 on standard 17" monitors and higher. Due to (mainly) the lack of resources, we are unable to view the blog on different types of monitors and Internet browsers.

If you encounter any problems with viewing the blog on your browser, we would really appreciate it if you could do a screen capture and send an email to Webmaster together with details of the Internet browser and type of monitor you're using.


I am not able to adjust the text size when I select Larger, Large, Medium, Smaller, Smallest in my Internet browser.

This is a known issue as this blog was created with text sizes locked in.

The reason for this is that most of our contributors are first-time bloggers who are not very proficient with higher-level html manipulations. By locking the text size, we minimize the chances of having word and paragraph break errors. This allows readers more pleasure on their eyes as they go through our blog.


Will the Webmasters edit or delete my posts?

The Webmasters of the blog gives the assurance that we will not edit or delete your posts without first obtaining your permission. If there are problems with paragraph alignments or broken links in your post, we would be notifying you first and asking if you need help in fixing it.

We would also like to stress that the Internet is not as liberal and free a place that it once used to be. Comments or writings on this blog can and may be monitored by Singapore, foreign or International law agencies who may take action for discriminatory, racist, sexual or any other form of harmful comments or writings that you post.

The Webmasters of this blog are generally a very helpful and friendly bunch who are always happy to offer their help.

However, we would really like to stress on the part where we need our jobs in the day and beauty sleep in the night.


I do not like the colour/design of your blog, change it!

The webmasters of the blog have went through several tiring stages of designing, colour selection and testing before deciding on the current colour scheme.

However, we do admit that we are amateurs when it comes to webpage designing and choosing colour combinations that are pleasing and relaxing to the eye. We would be appreciative if you could drop us comments and suggestions that would make our blog better.

The Toastmasters International logo is copyrighted, have you asked permissions to use it?

Yes, we have and still have possession of the email-reply.

We do also, very strongly advise against taking the TI logo from our site. Asking permission from TI was a simple 5-minute email process that we believe anyone could undergo.
